About The Position

The Peak Phoenix, a Hilton Resort is hiring a part-time Spa/Fitness Locker Room Attendant to join its Tocasierra Spa team. The role involves assisting resort guests in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner to support a high level of guest satisfaction. Work hours include AM and PM shifts, weekends, and holidays. The attendant provides towels, robes, sandals, locker assistance, refreshments, and other amenities as needed. The position also maintains day-to-day cleanliness of the spa and fitness areas, with an emphasis on locker rooms; removes trash and soiled linens; maintains clean linen supplies; launders linens; and prepares product supplies for daily treatments. Other job-related duties may be assigned by the associate’s supervisor. Associates are expected to maintain a professional appearance and conduct, treat guests and colleagues with courtesy and respect, follow hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality, and attendance, adapt to changes, learn or improve skills, solve routine problems, and ask for help when needed. They must also follow hotel safety and security procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, chemical use, and reporting hazards or safety concerns. Requirements

Ability to communicate in English.
Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
Self-motivating personality and good problem-resolution skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and extend arms overhead to perform cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide guests with towels, robes, sandals, locker assistance, refreshments, and other amenities as needed.
Maintain day-to-day cleanliness of the spa and fitness areas, particularly the locker rooms.
Remove trash and soiled linens and terry from the areas.
Maintain clean linen supplies and launder linens.
Prepare product supplies for daily treatments.
Provide guest service in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner.
Follow hotel safety and security policies, including procedures for key controls, lifting heavy objects, chemical use, and reporting hazards.
