About The Position

The Spa Attendant welcomes guests, orients them to spa facilities, and provides personal guest service. The role supports smooth spa operations by reviewing daily treatment schedules and preparing and maintaining guest areas according to standards and protocols. Duties also include preparing professional body care products, setting up dry sauna rooms and baths as needed, taking and preparing drink orders for poolside service, keeping pool areas tidy and restocked, and transporting linen carts to the laundry facility. The ideal candidate provides attentive, detail-oriented customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, the personal care industry, or a pool service position in a luxury resort environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment as part of an outgoing team within a large department.
• Excellent communication style.
• A personality that consistently goes above and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Orient guests to the spa facilities and greet guests as they enter.
• Provide personal guest service.
• Review daily treatment schedules and prepare and maintain guest areas to meet standards and protocols.
• Prepare professional body care products.
• Set up dry sauna rooms and prepare baths as needed.
• Take drink orders, prepare drinks, and serve guests poolside.
• Keep pool areas tidy by removing towels, cups, and dishes, and restock supplies.
• Transport linen carts to the laundry facility.
