About The Position

Assist guests with arrival and departure from the spa while providing positive guest experiences. Maintain the cleanliness of the spa locker rooms, relaxation area, and pool area, and ensure an adequate supply of clean towels, robes, and sheets. The role includes stocking locker rooms with amenities, removing soiled linen and trash, cleaning corridor walls, doors, glass doors, and mirrors, and ensuring guests receive items such as robes, towels, and slippers to enhance their experience. Associates must follow attendance rules, be available to work regularly, and perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, and push carts weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to stand and move throughout the spa and continuously perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences, including supervisors, coworkers, and the public.

Responsibilities

Stock locker rooms with appropriate amenities, including towels and robes.
Empty carts of soiled linen and trash.
Clean spots from corridor walls and doors, and ensure glass doors and mirrors are clean.
Ensure guests receive robes, towels, slippers, and other items to enhance their experience.
Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
