About The Position
Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Spa Attendant to help maintain a pristine and inviting spa environment. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for guest service in a serene setting. The Spa Attendant maintains spa areas and supplies, engages with guests, answers questions, assists with appointments, and provides hospitality and professionalism.
Requirements
- Six months of previous experience working in housekeeping or a related field.
- Oral proficiency in English.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to identify which chemicals to use in different areas.
- Must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- High school degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain the spa, including refreshments, locker rooms, and the pre-treatment area.
- Handle guest interactions with a high level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Resolve customer complaints and assist customers with inquiries related to spa services.
- Assist guests to their spa service appointments.
