About The Position

The Male Spa Attendant helps create a relaxing, luxurious, and welcoming environment for spa guests. The role focuses on maintaining clean, well-presented spa spaces; providing warm, thoughtful guest service; anticipating guest needs; and supporting the spa team to promote guest satisfaction and loyalty. The attendant also helps uphold the spa’s hospitality and brand standards while maintaining guest privacy and confidentiality.

This is a seasonal position, weekends only, through May 31, 2027. Successful completion of a background check is required before employment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Comfort performing light physical tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and room setup.
• Professional and warm verbal and non-verbal communication with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to maintain guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Available to work weekends through May 31, 2027.
• Successful completion of a background check is required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in spa, hospitality, or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with spa etiquette and basic service protocols, such as guest escorting, towel and linen handling, and restocking amenities.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Hospitality- or wellness-related coursework or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them throughout the spa, providing comfort and personalized service.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of locker rooms, treatment rooms, lounges, and common areas.
• Restock towels, linens, amenities, and other supplies throughout the day.
• Sanitize surfaces and equipment between guest uses in accordance with health and safety protocols.
• Prepare treatment rooms and support therapists and spa staff by collecting used linens and replenishing inventory.
• Monitor lighting, music, scent, and cleanliness to maintain the spa ambiance and brand standards.
• Assist with laundry operations, including folding and organizing towels and robes.
• Report maintenance issues and supply shortages to management promptly.
• Protect guest confidentiality and maintain a serene, respectful environment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or concerns.
• Collaborate with therapists, front desk staff, and management to support smooth spa operations.
• Multitask and prioritize in response to changing needs in a busy spa environment.
