About The Position

The Male Spa Attendant maintains cleanliness, set-ups, and spa standards in locker rooms, workout areas, tennis facilities, and the games room. The role supports guest comfort and satisfaction by responding to interactions efficiently, courteously, and professionally, and by complying with Four Seasons policies and procedures. The attendant sets up and maintains spa areas and refreshments, assists guests with spa-service inquiries and appointments, and provides support to other team members. The position is part-time, with an eight-hour shift; scheduled days and times may vary based on operational needs.

Requirements

High school education or equivalent experience.
Six months of experience in the hospitality industry and/or fitness or health-club-related work.
Ability to work scheduled eight-hour shifts; days and times may vary based on need.

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain the spa, including refreshments, locker rooms, workout areas, tennis areas, the pre-treatment area, and the games room.
Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, accommodate special requests when possible, resolve complaints, and assist with inquiries about spa services.
Assist guests in getting to appointments related to spa services.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors, and comply with Four Seasons policies and standards of conduct.
Assist guests with the use and set-up of fitness machines and with croquet and tennis equipment.
Introduce guests to spa practitioners, including massage therapists, fitness instructors, and tennis professionals.
Retrieve and fold towels.
Retrieve, deliver, store, and set up products from purchasing.
Clean and stock the waiting area.
Assist staff with setting up and breaking down treatment areas.
