About The Position

As a Spa Attendant at Mandalay Bay, you will help create a serene and luxurious environment for guests through a warm welcome, attention to detail, and a commitment to cleanliness. You will work closely with the team to deliver a smooth, relaxing, and memorable guest experience. The starting rate is $14.00.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of relevant guest-service experience is preferred.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas, keeping them stocked, tidy, and sanitary.
• Assist guests with booking spa services using spa software, direct them to appointments, and help them use the sauna, steam room, whirlpools, and other spa amenities.
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products.
