About The Position

Spa Specialists support vital spa functions and help create memorable, unique guest experiences. They may promote spa services or retail, schedule reservations and confirm appointments, answer questions about services, check in guests, and process payments. They take initiative and provide a range of services so transactions feel like part of the guest experience.

Associates are expected to help create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and maintain professional uniforms, personal appearance, and communications. The role involves extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking, including moving across sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces; managing reservation software and visually verifying information; and handling objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance or 25 pounds with assistance. Other physical tasks include reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Associates may also perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.
