About The Position

The Spa Attendant maintains cleanliness throughout the Spa and Fitness Center while providing superior guest service in a relaxing and comfortable environment. The role supports guest needs in the locker rooms, fitness center, spa hallways, lounge, bathrooms, and spa dispensary. It includes facility opening and closing tasks, daily sanitation, stocking supplies and linens, guest check-in and orientation, and performing the mineral soak treatment.

Requirements

Knowledge of the facility layout and ability to provide directions within the hotel.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Friendly, professional, and congenial personality.
Flexibility with scheduling; responsible and dependable.
Basic computer knowledge and skills.
Ability to make good decisions.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to lift, hold, and carry 31–40 pounds.
Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate Omni’s associate commitments by delivering excellent guest service and spa experiences.
Maintain cleanliness and neatness throughout the facility, including the locker rooms, fitness center, and spa hallways.
Assist with basic front desk operations, including helping guests with locker setup, robes, and sandals.
Perform daily general cleaning and minor maintenance tasks.
Open and close the sauna, steam room, and whirlpool areas and sanitize them daily.
Open the Spa facility by turning on lights, music, steam, and other amenities.
Replenish guest amenities, robes, towels, and cleaning supplies, and clean and disinfect sandals.
Maintain locker room supplies, including water, razors, and Q-tips, and notify a supervisor or manager when supplies are running low.
Maintain laundry inventory and keep linens well stocked.
Monitor the lounge to ensure guest comfort.
Fold and stock linens in the spa dispensary for therapists.
Maintain bathrooms and restock supplies as needed.
Check in guests, provide guest orientation, and ensure linens, towels, and beverages are clean, prepared, and well stocked.
Maintain high standards in all guest areas.
Perform the mineral soak treatment.
