About The Position

The Spa Attendant is responsible for the guest experience in the spa locker room and helps ensure guests enjoy the spa amenities. The role supports the Spa team by keeping spa areas well maintained and the guest experience at the expected level. The position is full-time, with a flexible schedule that may include morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays. Scheduled days and times may vary based on operational needs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a guest or customer service role.
• Ability to work eight-hour shifts; scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
• Ability to endure long periods of standing, walking, and lifting.
• Ability to push and/or pull a 50-pound laundry cart, lift a 50-pound towel basket, and lift drink dispensers.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Applicants must have current work authorization in the United States.

• Spa experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of spa and wellness areas, including locker rooms, lounges, restrooms, showers, fitness center, yoga studio, and relaxation spaces.
• Keep guest amenities, refreshments, linens, and supplies fully stocked and ready for guests.
• Clean and maintain mirrors, furniture, floors, doors, elevators, and other public areas.
• Remove trash, collect laundry, and keep spaces organized and well-presented.
• Respond professionally and hospitably to guest questions and requests.
• Assist with guest tours, locker assignments, and wayfinding as directed by the Spa Concierge team.
• Retrieve, fold, organize, and distribute spa linens, including robes and towels.
• Receive, transport, and store supplies and products from Purchasing and other departments.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and report maintenance, safety, or inventory concerns.
• Pick up cups, weights, and towels, and clean equipment such as stretch mats and other weight-room accessories.
