About The Position

To provide customer service with SPIRIT and pay and/or verify Jackpot winnings in a timely fashion. Complete written department forms to document cash transactions, jackpot payouts and money handling. Monitor slot floor activities, BV jams, paper jams, data entry, guest relations, and dispatch. Develop, apply, and maintain a friendly and courteous rapport with customers and team members. Maintain secure key controls at all times. Perform minor machine maintenance.

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a math test
  • Ability to use a handheld radio and microphone
