About The Position

A Slot Attendant is a customer service provider on the casino floor who serves players, builds relationships with them, pays hand-pay jackpots up to $1,200, and performs minor repairs on slot machines. The role also includes maintaining assigned zones and handling a $3,000 slot attendant bank.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including frequently smiling and making eye contact with customers.
• Computer literacy.
• Minimum age of 21.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to slot machine service lights and customer calls.
• Provide game-play instructions and explanations.
• Verify and pay customer jackpots and required hand pays.
• Refill machine printer tickets.
• Make change when requested.
• Address other customer service needs as requested.
• Handle housekeeping needs for assigned zone(s).
• Correct minor machine malfunctions.
• Manage a $3,000 slot attendant bank.
• Work as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
