About The Position
The Slot Attendant monitors assigned slot machines and participates in paying manual jackpots. The role includes filling payout reserve containers, receiving currency and coupons from patrons and exchanging them, and providing Family Style Service to promote positive customer relations. The attendant follows departmental and regulatory procedures for slot service and may perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Two years of electronics school or equivalent.
- Ability to assist casino patrons in using slot machines.
- Basic math and currency-handling skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Casino Control Act and applicable gaming regulations.
- CER license required.
Responsibilities
