About The Position
The Slot Attendant monitors assigned slot machines and participates in paying manual jackpots. The role includes filling payout reserve containers, receiving currency and coupons from patrons and exchanging them, and helping casino patrons use slot machines. The attendant follows all departmental and regulatory procedures required for slot service and promotes positive customer relations by providing Family Style Service. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; two years of electronics school is considered equivalent.
- Must be able to assist casino patrons in the use of slot machines.
- Basic math and currency-handling skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Casino Control Act and applicable gaming regulations.
- CER license required.
Responsibilities
