About The Position

Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors. Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude, creates positive energy with gestures and sustains enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates guest’s wins. Is ready to serve and is informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting. Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service. Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist. Promotes Caesars Rewards programs and card membership. Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.

Requirements

  • NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED
  • Capable of lifting 25 pounds for a short period of time.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures positive and friendly customer relations within assigned slot section on the casino floor.
  • Observes slot players within assigned area and offers assistance, instruction and advice on the various types of machines in that area.
  • Must be knowledgeable of the various types of slot machines and must be able to correct simple machine problems.
  • Handles jackpot and hopper fill transactions promptly, accurately and with a high degree of customer service.
  • Accurately prepares all paperwork which includes out of order cards, hopper complaint slips, blue signature cards, hopper fill jackpot slips, jackpot request slips and host log.
  • Must be well versed on various property events and relay same to slot players in assigned area.
  • Exchanges coupons and currency for patrons using an impressed fund and requires access to the Cashier's Cage and Master Coin Bank.
  • Ability to speak English so that it can be understood. Also, must be able to read and legibly write English.
  • Capable of handling routine guest complaints, incidents and machine malfunctions.
  • Capable of identifying situations that require supervisory personnel.
  • Understand and comply with company and departmental directives, policies and procedures.
