About The Position

The Slot Attendant delivers exceptional guest service on the casino floor by assisting players with slot machine operations. As an ambassador for the casino, the Slot Attendant provides prompt assistance, resolves guest concerns, and escalates issues when needed.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform multiple duties under frequent time pressures.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid state gaming license.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to push, pull, twist, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies jackpots, makes hopper fills, and completes paperwork.
• Performs minor repairs to slot machines.
• Handles customer relations and minor customer disputes.
• Maintains a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
• Maintains knowledge of special events and promotional activities available to guests.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
