About The Position

The Casino Barback supports bartenders with back-of-house bar operations. The role involves basic preparation and stocking for bar and beverage areas to keep them fully stocked, clean, organized, and ready for high-volume service.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid state gaming license.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to push, pull, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous bar experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock bars with liquor, beer, fruit, mixes, straws, napkins, ice, cleaning products, and other products required for daily operations.
• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages according to established standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of beverage areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
