About The Position
The Casino Barback supports bartenders with back-of-house bar operations, including basic preparation and stocking of bar and beverage areas. The role helps ensure bars are fully stocked, clean, organized, and ready for high-volume service.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid state gaming license.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Ability to push, pull, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Previous bar experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Stock bars with liquor, beer, fruit, mixes, straws, napkins, ice, cleaning products, and other items needed for daily operations.
- Assist bartenders with preparing and serving beverages according to established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of beverage areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
