Forward Service Corporation (FSC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals to overcome barriers, achieve financial stability, and reach their full potential. In this role, you will assess individuals needs, providing employment counseling and referrals to support clients in achieving self-sufficiency. Your work will directly contribute to the personal and professional growth of the individuals we serve.
Requirements
- Be a self-starter/motivated-being the sole representative of FSC for the Wautoma location. There are other organizations within the building but you would be the sole case manager with FSC.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- A genuine commitment to helping others succeed
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a related field
Responsibilities
- Providing strength-based counseling to motivate and empower clients
- Coordinating services like job training, volunteer placements, and education
- Leading job readiness workshops and employment search sessions
- Promotes and connects FSET program services to external agencies & community partners
