About The Position

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of prior Service Advisor experience required; BMW or luxury automotive experience.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.
• Team player and accountability.
• CDK experience.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customers throughout the service experience.
• Schedule service appointments and prepare accurate repair orders.
• Explain recommended maintenance, repairs, and associated costs.
• Communicate with technicians to provide updates and ensure quality repairs.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and deliver an ownership experience.
• Review completed repairs with customers and ensure complete satisfaction before vehicle delivery.
• Help achieve departmental sales, CSI, and customer retention goals while maintaining accurate documentation.
