About The Position

Bretz RV & Marine is hiring an RV Service Advisor to serve as a communicator and liaison between customers and service technicians. The role involves greeting customers, scheduling service appointments, gathering and conveying repair needs, providing estimates, keeping customers updated, and ensuring completed work meets quality standards. Candidates should have a professional appearance, a strong work ethic, excellent follow-through, and attention to detail.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturdays on rotation. Compensation is salary plus commission, with stated annual earnings of $65,000–$85,000. Bretz RV & Marine describes itself as a family-owned and operated dealership group with five locations across Montana and Idaho.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet service department customers promptly and courteously.
• Listen to customers and communicate their repair needs to technicians.
• Recommend and sell additional services using low-pressure, high-integrity methods.
• Provide accurate estimates for repair and maintenance costs.
• Follow dealership policy for customer vehicle care and operation.
• Follow up on repairs and keep customers informed of progress.
• Sell and manage extended warranties.
• Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete.
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pickup.
• Review and explain repairs and associated costs to customers.
• Handle minor customer concerns and complaints.
• Keep the Service Manager informed of problems and potential problems.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores according to dealership standards.
