About The Position
Legacy Assurance Plan is seeking an Outside Sales Representative specializing in Estate Planning. This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor role where you will meet with warm, pre-qualified leads in their homes within a protected territory. You will present and explain our estate planning membership plans, which include wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents, and guide families through the enrollment process. The role involves managing your pipeline and follow-ups using a CRM and running your own schedule.
Requirements
- 3+ years of outside, in-home, or direct-to-consumer sales experience
- A documented record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Comfort using a CRM to manage a pipeline
- Reliable personal transportation for daily in-home visits
- Must currently reside in [state]

Responsibilities
- Meet with warm, pre-qualified families in your assigned territory
