About The Position

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of successful industrial sales experience with a high attention to detail.
• Strong capability in business correspondence, report writing, and analyzing/interpreting technical data and common retail reports.
• Proven ability to define complex issues, perform basic financial/mathematical calculations (discounts, percentages), and draw logical, data-backed conclusions.
• Demonstrated success engaging with strategic growth accounts, management, and diverse customer segments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand Kärcher’s presence within the government sector, aligning with overall business goals.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with federal, state, and local authorities to identify opportunities and navigate procurement processes.
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Business Development Managers to execute target initiatives (including Sweepers, Scrubbers, and Vacuums) and deliver portfolio training.
• Cultivate a strong Dealer network within the region to drive incremental sales and support new customer opportunities.
• Promote a solutions-based platform incorporating equipment, chemicals, parts, and services while presenting the best channel-agnostic fulfillment solutions for customers.
