About The Position
Alphorn Ford is expanding its sales team and seeking motivated individuals to join. This role offers a guaranteed weekly salary plus a generous bonus program, with the potential to earn over $100,000 annually. It is ideal for individuals who are good with people and are looking for a career change. The sales team will receive excellent on-the-job training, competitive bonuses and incentives, a comprehensive benefits package, and a 5-day work week.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing.
- Trainable and able to receive constructive feedback from management.
- A clean driving record.
- High levels of integrity, honesty, and passion for a career in sales.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
