About The Position

POP MART is seeking a customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to support its retail store during the holiday shopping season. The role acts as a brand ambassador, helping customers discover POP MART characters and collectibles while creating memorable shopping experiences. The associate works with the retail team to support daily store operations, maintain an engaging shopping environment, and provide exceptional service during peak periods. This is a temporary seasonal position expected to conclude at the end of the designated seasonal period, though the end date may vary with business needs. Continued employment may be considered but is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine interest in creating positive shopping experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment.
• Teamwork, reliability, adaptability, and willingness to support changing business needs.
• Ability to learn product information, point-of-sale systems, and retail operating procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture.
• Familiarity with POP MART characters, products, and the collectible toy community.
• Experience using point-of-sale systems, handling merchandise, or supporting inventory operations.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet shoppers, build genuine connections, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Share product knowledge, character stories, and enthusiasm for POP MART collectible art toys.
• Make personalized product recommendations and engage thoughtfully with customers.
• Support store sales goals by promoting key products, new releases, Blind Boxes, MEGA collectibles, and accessories.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store that reflects brand standards.
• Assist with merchandising, product replenishment, shipment processing, and stockroom organization.
• Support inventory accuracy and follow merchandise-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
• Help manage customer traffic, lines, and product launches while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with store leadership and team members to meet daily operational needs, especially during peak holiday periods.
