Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care experience
• Infusion therapy experience required
• Active New York State RN License & Primary Source Verification
• AHA BLS Certification
• IV Infusion Therapy
• Port & PICC Line Management
• Patient Assessment & Monitoring
• Medication & Blood Product Administration
• Outpatient Clinical Care
• EPIC EMR Documentation
• Patient Education & Communication
• Clinical Safety & Infection Control

Nice To Haves

• Level 1 Trauma hospital experience highly desired
• Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ambulatory infusion setting
• Administer IV infusions and monitor patient responses
• Perform patient assessments and ensure safe infusion therapy delivery
• Manage IV access, including ports and PICC lines
• Educate patients regarding treatment plans and infusion procedures
• Maintain accurate EPIC EMR documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and outpatient care teams
• Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and infusion protocols
