About The Position

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing training programs for adult learners in retail operations roles – from entry level to leadership roles
• Expertise developing e-learning programs and videos
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Familiarity with DominKnow
• Excellent communication and consulting abilities cross-functionally, cross-culturally and cross-levels
• Ability to accomplish complex tasks using AI

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain innovative, internationally relevant retail operations digital training programs that accelerate partner performance, for barista through regional director roles.
• Serve as a learning and development subject matter expert – You will regularly consult with cross-functional teams locally and around the world.
• Continuously improve training programs – You will evaluate feedback, analyze key metrics and compare industry benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of the programs you develop to make improvements.
