About The Position

The Regional Manager of Operations leads the systems, facilities, and support services that enable Wolverine Human Services to provide safe, consistent, high-quality care. The role is accountable for operational readiness across residential campuses, program sites, and administrative offices, translating organizational priorities into practical procedures, preventive maintenance, reliable service delivery, and measurable accountability. The position works closely with program leadership, the Chief Administrator, Clinical Services, Human Resources, and Finance to ensure buildings, meals, transportation, equipment, and supplies support the needs and dignity of the young people and families served. The role oversees organization-wide operating procedures and service standards; facilities and preventive maintenance; food service and nutrition support; transportation and fleet management; safety, security, and business continuity; compliance and corrective action; budgets, purchasing, inventory, and vendors; and the recruitment, supervision, development, and accountability of assigned staff. The role coordinates with those leaders and escalates unresolved risks to the CEO. Performance is reviewed through routine supervision and quarterly reporting. Annual targets are established with the CEO and adjusted for site needs, risk, and available resources. Performance measures include preventive maintenance and work order completion, inspection readiness and corrective actions, meal service and sanitation, fleet readiness, budget and purchasing controls, staff training, and program leader feedback.
