About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, computer science, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years in IT management.
• Google Workspace administration: Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Groups, provisioning, access controls, and security settings.
• Microsoft 365 administration: Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, licensing, identity management, and endpoint integration.
• Strong people-leadership skills, communication, and interpersonal skills, effective program coordination skills, and ability to multi-task.
• Willingness to be on-call during weekends and evenings when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain core IT infrastructure: security tools, applications, network, servers, email, identity management and directory services, endpoint management, software, and laptops.
• Lead help desk, onboarding, offboarding, and user support.
• Manage network/security tools including: Microsoft AD, SharePoint, OpenVPN, AWS, Cisco Meraki, Windows/Linux servers, VM/VPC, Proofpoint, Webroot, MDM (Intune, JumpCloud), and Huntress.
• Manage communications tools including: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Talkdesk.
• Manage help desk systems like Zoho Desk or similar.
• Manage cloud platforms including GCP and AWS.
• Analyze needs, processes, and tools to reduce risk and improve productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Prepare cost-benefit analyses, manage vendors, train employees, troubleshoot issues, and provide support.
• Oversee disaster recovery planning, maintain data backups, fault tolerance, and redundancy in systems.
• Own roadmap, budget forecasts, actuals, and spend allocations.
• Hire, manage, and develop IT talent; oversee program expenses and administration.
