About The Position
Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Office Manager to provide uncompromised service, support, and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. This role involves assisting the Branch Manager with day-to-day branch activities and motivating team members to achieve service center goals. Arrow Exterminators is a family-owned and operated business since 1964, having grown to service 12 states with multiple offices to offer a personalized approach. Requirements
- Office Administration experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Present a professional appearance
- Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek
- Willing to work minimal overtime as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide uncompromised service, support, and administration to internal and external Service Center customers
- Aid the Branch Manager with overseeing the day-to-day activities within the branch
- Communicate and motivate team members to achieve service center goals
- Oversee all administrative staff and functions at a service center
- Interact with customers and other team members by phone or email
- Ensure services are entered, scheduled, posted, collected, and sold
- Resolve customer concerns
- Train, motivate, and work alongside team members
