About The Position
As a Domino’s Pizza Shift Manager, you will learn to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Training covers product quality, sanitation, interviewing, and hiring, as well as leadership skills for leading and developing teams. The role focuses on helping the team “Conquer the Rush.”
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- At least one year of driving experience.
- Safe driving record.
- Dependable vehicle with proof of auto insurance.
- Desire to lead people.
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of management experience preferred.
