About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing teams and vendors.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to perform physical tasks as needed, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• A degree in facilities management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience managing teams and coordinating projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all locations.
• Ensure timely completion of routine maintenance activities to uphold company standards.
• Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team, fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism.
• Monitor performance and address any personnel issues promptly.
• Schedule and manage service and repair appointments for company vehicles.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance records are up-to-date and vehicles remain in optimal working condition.
• Coordinate and manage medium-scale projects such as pressure washing, lawn maintenance, and other location-specific needs.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timeliness of work.
• Conduct inspections to verify that maintenance tasks and projects meet company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and provide regular reports to leadership.
