About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of third-party logistics (3PL) sales and operations experience.
• A transferable book of business and direct relationships with shippers.
• Experience managing multiple customers simultaneously.
• Strong customer sales ability and ability to handle operational tasks concurrently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong typing skills.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to pivot efficiently between tasks throughout the day.
• Team-oriented approach and ability to influence execution.
• Willingness to learn and openness to different methods of execution.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Willingness to travel based on operational and customer needs.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a strategy to grow revenue, improve profitability, and deliver strong customer experiences.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, industries, opportunities, and customer needs.
• Schedule and lead meetings with prospective clients to present solutions and understand their goals.
• Track and analyze sales, revenue, invoices, and key performance metrics to support continuous improvement.
• Build and nurture a sales pipeline aligned with company targets and objectives.
• Provide prompt feedback and after-sales support to develop long-term client relationships.
• Deliver persuasive, value-driven presentations that position New Age Logistics as an ideal partner.
