About The Position

Providence Healthcare of Thomaston is seeking a Georgia Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to manage a facility that handles both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. This is a permanent position, not an interim role. The Administrator will be responsible for the overall management of the facility, including planning, developing, directing, monitoring, and supporting all operational, administrative, clinical, human resources, customer service, and fiscal activities for the facility's programs and services.

Requirements

  • Must possess a Georgia Nursing Home Administrator License.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a long-term care facility.
  • Must have overall operational knowledge.
