About The Position
Aspire Senior Living Platte City, a skilled nursing facility in Platte City, Missouri, is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the facility’s daily operations and ensure residents receive high-quality care and services in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The administrator is responsible for regulatory compliance, staff management, quality improvement, and communication with the clinical team, families, and external partners.
Requirements
- Current Missouri Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license.
- At least 3 years of experience in a long-term care setting, focused on administration and management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as nursing or healthcare administration.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the facility’s day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Maintain a high level of quality care and services.
- Supervise and manage nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, and support staff.
- Develop and implement quality improvement programs.
- Collaborate with the clinical team, families, and external partners to support effective communication and coordination of care.
