About The Position

The Executive Director oversees the health campus’s operations and strategic direction, providing leadership and support to staff, leaders, residents, and families. The role manages budgets, implements policies, and works to meet organizational goals. The Executive Director represents the organization externally, advances its mission and vision, and supports its long-term success.

The position is based at The Oaks at Byron Center in Byron Center, Michigan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; an associate degree may be acceptable in the state of Indiana.
• Current and unencumbered Health Facility Administrator license for the state in which the candidate will be operating.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Nurture company culture by leading by example, following the company’s code of conduct, fostering teamwork, and achieving results.
• Drive retention, employee and customer satisfaction, engagement, QAPI, quality measures, revenue, and EBITDAR success.
• Coordinate and collaborate with campus, divisional support, and home office teams to solve problems and achieve shared goals.
• Represent the health campus in the community and in dealings with outside agencies, including government agencies and third-party payers.
• Round routinely to build relationships with residents, families, and employees; ensure established policies and procedures are implemented and Trilogy’s Service Standards are followed.
• Participate in regulatory surveys, including complaints and grievances, and lead the development and execution of plans of correction for deficiencies.
• Serve as the abuse coordinator or designate a campus abuse coordinator in their absence.
