About The Position

The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) will oversee two recently updated, approximately 50-bed skilled nursing facilities in the Dayton, Ohio area, located about 15 minutes apart. The facilities have established clinical teams, strong community reputations, consistently full census, and regional leadership support. The role focuses on leadership, operations, quality, regulatory compliance, and team development in a collaborative, employee-first organization. Requirements

• Active, valid Ohio Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Demonstrated history of survey readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Hands-on, approachable leadership style and a genuine passion for resident care and employee development.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and build a positive, accountable workplace culture.
