About The Position

We’re looking for a Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our growing team. This role involves understanding client needs, curating tailored design and product solutions, meeting clients on-site for field measurements, designing kitchens and baths using 2020 Design, following up on leads and quotes to maximize sales performance, participating in company training, staffing the showroom, and building relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals through local networking. The ideal candidate will work in a brand-new, inspirational showroom, use a high-performance laptop and professional design tools, and receive support from a remote junior designer. Cabinet IQ values expertise, offers competitive compensation, and respects employees' time through structured systems and qualified clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience required
  • Proficient in 2020 Design Software
  • Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Solid math and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Energetic, dependable, and positive “can-do” attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Construction experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions

  • Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance
