About The Position

Cabinet IQ is hiring an Experienced Sales Designer for its kitchen and bath business in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The role focuses on building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward tailored design and product solutions. The designer meets clients on-site to take field measurements and create kitchen and bath designs using 2020 Design, while following up on leads, quotes, and clients to support sales performance. The position also includes staffing the showroom when not attending appointments, networking with remodelers, builders, and design professionals, and participating in company training and development. The designer works in a new showroom with professional design tools, a high-performance laptop, a CRM system, and support from a remote junior designer who assists with 2020 plans. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with base salary plus commission.

Requirements

At least 5 years of kitchen design and sales experience.
Proficiency in 2020 Design Software.
Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Solid math and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Energetic, dependable, positive, can-do attitude.
