KITCHEN AND DECK DESIGNER (Entry-Level)

About The Position
This position creates designs from customer and store associate requests for decks, pole barns, garages, pole buildings, and kitchens, and maintains a log of completed work. The role includes phone and email contact with store associates. Compensation is $15 per hour plus monthly incentives, with full benefits. The schedule is Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Competency in 2020 Kitchen Design Software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; and effectively present information to others one-on-one.
- Ability to use common-sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions and address problems involving a few concrete variables and standardized situations.
Responsibilities
- Create custom designs using software based on customer drawings for kitchens, garages, pole buildings, and decks.
- Maintain a log of work completed.
- Communicate with store associates by phone and email.
