About The Position

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of warehouse procedures and regulations.
• Knowledge and experience in cycle counting, and ability to communicate issues effectively and proactive in problem solving / resolving discrepancies.
• Experience with ERP software applications.
• 1-2 years working experience with MS Excel, Word
• Understand inventory management KPI’s (ex: cycle count accuracy)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in cycle counting to manage the process/results
• Strong Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
• Ability to remain organized
• 2-4 years’ experience in warehouse / inventory management experience.
• Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.

Nice To Haves

• NetSuite / RF-Smart experience preferred.
• Experienced in strategies to minimize loss (loss prevention) is helpful
• AA degree in business or similar discipline desired, or equivalent years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Inventory accuracy via cycle counts.
• Review inventory discrepancies to find root cause and suggest strategies to minimize future occurrence.
• Maintain monthly inventory adjustments and scrap detail reports.
• Assist Supply Chain Manager with other inventory related tasks as required.
• Receive goods in ERP system against purchase orders.
• Problem solve receiving discrepancies with team members to ensure accurate records in ERP system.
• Responsible for maintaining inventory performance tracking for monthly KPI’s and report to management.
• Inspect Incoming materials for quality standards and maintain required records.
• Ability to work independently and as a team with all department members.
