About The Position
Alta Pest Control is seeking a motivated and hands-on Installer to join their growing team. This role involves performing various light construction tasks to safeguard customers' homes and create peace of mind. Requirements
- Some prior construction experience.
- Willingness to travel.
- Great communication and problem-solving skills.
- A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Perform light construction tasks such as attic remediations, top-offs, vapor barrier installations, encapsulations, rodent exclusions, wildlife removal, termite work, gutter guard installations, and other light construction tasks.
- Work effectively in extreme conditions such as hot attics, outdoor work in cold weather, and on tall roofs.
- Navigate tight spaces and crawlspaces comfortably.
- Maintain a clean background and possess a valid driver's license.
- Provide reliable transportation to and from the main office.
- Work closely with teammates and other departments to keep things running smoothly.
- Ensure every customer experience is a great one.
