About The Position

Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is hiring experienced Residential HVAC Installers in Panama City, Florida. The role involves installing and replacing residential HVAC systems, including split systems, heat pumps, and ductwork, while meeting applicable safety, code, and company quality standards. Installers also document work using company technology, maintain equipment and work areas, resolve installation-related issues, and provide professional customer service. The position offers $23–$30 per hour plus bonus and commission, year-round work, and opportunities for paid training and advancement. It is full-time and in-person.

Requirements

Residential HVAC installation experience.
Experience installing split systems, heat pumps, and ductwork.
Ability to work independently and as part of an installation team.
Knowledge of HVAC installation procedures and safety standards.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and communication skills.
Ability to perform physical fieldwork, including lifting equipment and working in attics and crawl spaces.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

EPA certification.
