About The Position
Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Installer in Panama City, Florida. The role is full-time and in-person, with pay of $23–$30 per hour plus bonus and commission. The installer will install and replace residential HVAC equipment, meet safety, code, and company quality standards, resolve installation-related issues, document jobs using company technology, and maintain organized tools and work areas. The position includes customer service responsibilities and physical fieldwork, including lifting equipment and working in attics and crawl spaces. Requirements
- Residential HVAC installation experience.
- Experience installing split systems, heat pumps, and ductwork.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an installation team.
- Knowledge of HVAC installation procedures and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and communication skills.
- Ability to perform physical fieldwork, including lifting equipment and working in attics and crawl spaces.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

- EPA certification preferred.
Responsibilities
