About The Position

Requirements

• Some experience in banking, bank and treasury management products and operations, accounting, or other directly related experience.
• Some knowledge of treasury and cash management products, procedures, services, financial analysis, and account analysis.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Good follow-through, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work with clients, vendors, and staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel, and related systems.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education; a combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Treasury Management clients with products and services, including new-to-bank clients and existing clients requesting additional services.
• Fulfill requests submitted by clients, TM Sales Officers, or Client Service Specialists.
• Communicate with clients by telephone, email, Teams, or in person to meet their needs.
• Deliver an excellent client experience.
• Generate client documents and coordinate client signatures through DocuSign or other acceptable means.
• Activate services by entering client options directly into host systems such as TIB and NextGen.
• Work with operational partners to activate products such as ACH, Lockbox, and Remote Deposit.
• Ensure client requests are appropriately authorized.
• Follow up on outstanding exceptions and documentation.
• Complete work within established SLAs and departmental guidelines.
• Provide client training when needed, including introducing clients to the TM Knowledge Center or providing one-on-one training.
• Stay current on product updates and read product documentation.
