About The Position

ASC Software is seeking a Warehouse Management Software (WMS) Project Implementation Specialist to oversee WMS software implementation projects for clients. The role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting successful deployment of WMS solutions across diverse industries. The position is based in Dayton, Ohio, with a hybrid office and remote arrangement and approximately 25% travel as needed. Initially, more time will be required in the office for training and onboarding, with an opportunity to transition to a hybrid or remote work model over time.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 2 years of project management experience.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
Experience with AI platforms and task management (Agentic AI) as a task management, documentation, and troubleshooting toolset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

Project management experience in software implementation or WMS.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage WMS implementation projects from planning through completion.
Collaborate with clients to understand warehouse operations and customize software solutions to meet their needs.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate between internal development, support, and sales teams and external stakeholders.
Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Provide training and support to clients during and after software deployment.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to support project success.
Travel as required for onsite project meetings, training, and implementation.
