About The Position

This role sits within Apple’s Implementation organization for Global Benefits and Wellness and supports end-to-end implementation of benefit programs, tools, and process changes across regions. The Implementation Specialist owns discrete implementation workstreams from requirements through go-live and ongoing improvement, translating program strategy into operational execution. The role requires strong program execution, cross-functional coordination, and attention to operational detail in a complex, multi-country environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in benefits program implementation, operations, or program/project management within a multinational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end implementation workstreams across multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality work on schedule.
• Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and cross-functional partners.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes and influence peers.
