About The Position

ADP is hiring a Senior Implementation Specialist for a hybrid role, working in the office three days a week and from home two days a week. The specialist serves as a front-line resource for clients, helping resolve issues, answer questions, train users on ADP technology, and support client satisfaction. The role focuses on onboarding clients to ADP’s Wage Garnishments product. This includes analyzing client requirements, setting up systems, and training clients within required time frames. Implementation work may also include adding products, transferring clients from other parts of ADP, or migrating clients between ADP solutions. The specialist communicates with clients throughout implementation, supports timely and accurate delivery, and collaborates with departments such as sales, service, integration, and operations.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a business-to-business client service/customer service interface or systems integration environment.
Basic project management skills.
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Implement ADP solutions for clients in accordance with ADP guidelines and client expectations.
Onboard clients to the Wage Garnishments product by analyzing requirements, setting up systems, and training client users within required time frames.
Support implementations involving additional products, client transfers, or migration between ADP solutions.
Help clients manage their business using ADP solutions and deliver a seamless client experience.
Maintain and expand knowledge of implementation functions, ADP products and services, and implementation best practices.
Apply industry and product knowledge to optimize system configurations and product upgrades.
Resolve issues, provide solutions, and ensure accuracy of all aspects of client setup.
Communicate priorities and timelines clearly to clients and members of client project teams throughout implementation.
Collaborate with sales, service, integration, and operations departments.
Deliver solutions within client-defined timelines to support client satisfaction and retention.
