About The Position

Coastal Payroll Services is hiring an Implementation Specialist to join its Implementation team and assist with onboarding new clients. The role sets up clients in payroll and human resources systems within the isolved platform, verifies client and employee data before go-live, coordinates timelines with clients and internal teams, delivers new-client training, and provides ongoing support for web-based payroll, human resources, and time-and-attendance systems. Work hours are in the Pacific Time Zone.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in payroll.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll taxes.
• Knowledge of customer service for mid- to large-sized companies.
• Strong phone communication skills.
• Experience with web-based customer service tools or systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with the isolved payroll platform.
• Payroll service bureau experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up new clients in payroll and human resources within the isolved platform.
• Verify the accuracy of client and employee data entered before go-live.
• Communicate timelines to clients and internal sales and operations teams.
• Provide training for new clients.
• Communicate regularly with clients and answer questions about using web-based payroll, human resources, and time-and-attendance systems.
