About The Position

Coastal Payroll Services is hiring an Implementation Specialist to join its Implementation team and assist with onboarding new clients. The role sets up new clients in payroll and human resources within the isolved platform, verifies client and employee data before go-live, communicates timelines to clients and internal sales and operations teams, and delivers new-client training. The specialist also regularly answers client questions about web-based payroll, human resources, and time and attendance systems. Work hours follow the Pacific Time Zone.

Requirements

Knowledge of and experience in payroll.
Knowledge of federal and state payroll taxes.
Knowledge of customer service for mid- to large-sized companies.
Strong phone communication skills.
Experience with web-based customer service tools and systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong math and analytical skills.
Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours.

Nice To Haves

Experience with the isolved payroll platform.
Payroll service bureau experience.
